The appealing design of the Komet has always invited people to replicate it. Benito gave us his approval for serial reproduction and distribution back in 2015.
Our first series was very popular with our customers, who kept asking for a new edition. Now the time has come again. The Komet ‘Acapulco Edition’ will soon be available to buy again.
Our Komet is an ARF kit (Almost Ready to Fly) and is manufactured using the latest CNC technology. Balsa and plywood are the main construction materials used. The model is covered with quality film. The Komet is supplied complete with electric retractable undercarriage and all accessories, only the drive and electronics have to be purchased separately.
Thanks to its low flying weight, the aircraft is extremely maneuverable. It is great fun to fly this aircraft with one of the latest generation of electric propulsion systems. Climbing flights almost without end, ground acrobatics, enthusiastic aerobatics in the old style only with more power.
The model aircraft is built in series, with the basic construction adapted to series production. The aerobatic model is made of wood. The fuselage is narrow, perfect for the installation of an outrunner electric motor. Of course, this aircraft can also be fitted with a glow ignition engine, but this is up to the customer and his craftsmanship.
he ARF kit is largely complete, only the drive and RC components must also be provided by the builder. High-quality fittings are included.
